This Privacy Policy describes how Aptix Labs Private Limited (“AptixLabs”, “we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects information about you when you visit aptixlabs.com or interact with our products, including the UltraFit360 mobile application and the UltraFit360 coach portal (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you provide — when you create an account, contact us, subscribe to our newsletter or apply to a programme. This includes your name, email, phone number, and any content you submit (e.g., goals, photos, training data).
• Information we collect automatically — IP address, device and browser metadata, cookies and analytics events (page views, session duration). This is used to operate the Services, prevent abuse and measure performance.
• Information from integrations — if you connect Apple Health, Health Connect or other third-party services, we receive only the data fields you authorise.

2. How we use information

• To deliver, personalise and improve the Services;
• To authenticate users, prevent fraud and enforce our Terms;
• To send transactional emails (account, billing, security);
• To send product updates and marketing — only with your opt-in;
• To comply with applicable law.

3. Lawful basis (GDPR users)

Where applicable, we process personal data on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interest (e.g., fraud prevention, analytics), legal obligation, or your explicit consent (e.g., marketing emails). You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:

• Infrastructure and processor sub-contractors (cloud hosting, email, analytics, push notifications) bound by data-processing agreements. Our primary processors are Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (including Firebase), and selected analytics and email-delivery vendors.
• Authorities or law-enforcement when legally required, in response to valid legal process.
• An acquirer in the event of a merger or asset sale — we will notify you in advance.

5. International transfers

Our processors operate globally. Where data is transferred outside India or the EEA we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

6. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the Services or as required by law. You can delete your account and request export of your data at any time by emailing contact@aptixlabs.com.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

• access, correct or delete your personal data;
• port your data in a machine-readable format;
• object to or restrict processing;
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Children

The Services are not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit, encrypted storage at the cloud-provider layer, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of any breach affecting your data as required by law.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
