A small studio that ships real products.
AptixLabs (Aptix Labs Private Limited) is a New Delhi software studio, incorporated in April 2026. We build web platforms, mobile apps and AI products for health and fitness brands — and run their digital marketing. We take on a small slate of partners so each project gets the attention an in-house team would give it.
Why we exist
Health and fitness brands keep getting handed either agency work that looks good and doesn't ship, or freelance code that ships and doesn't last. We started AptixLabs to be the third option: a small, senior team that designs, builds and operates real products — and stays accountable for how they perform in the market.
Our flagship, UltraFit360, is live on iOS and Android with thousands of installs and a 4.8★ rating — built and operated entirely in-house on the same stack and process we bring to partner work.
How we work
One senior pod takes a product from kickoff to release — no handoff over a wall, no surprise invoices. We ship production code from sprint one and demo real progress every fortnight. Most MVPs reach a TestFlight build in about six weeks.
We're backed by ElevenLabs and Google Cloud as founding partners, and we publish how we build openly in our studio journal.
UltraFit360 — a wearable-first fitness app, built and operated in-house
Our clearest answer to "can this studio actually ship?" — our product, our code, our 4.8★ rating. It runs on the exact stack and process we bring to partner work.
- 5,000+Android installs
- 700+iOS installs
- 4.8★App Store rating
- 6 wkKickoff → TestFlight
The challenge. Consumer fitness apps live or die in the first week, and they run in the worst connectivity environments there are — gym basements, crowded wifi, steel racks. UltraFit360 had to feel instant, work with no signal, sound human, and see what the user's watch sees, all from a two-person engineering team's budget.
The approach. A single React Native + TypeScript codebase ships to both stores. Firestore is the live database with offline persistence, so every set logs to the device first and syncs when signal returns. Audio coaching uses ElevenLabs streaming voices; wearable data flows in from Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect and the Apple Watch and streams to the coach view in real time. The backend runs serverless on Google Cloud, so a small team operates it without an ops engineer.
The outcome. Live on both stores with thousands of installs and a 4.8★ rating, first TestFlight build roughly six weeks from kickoff, operated at a low double-digit dollar monthly infrastructure cost. We go deeper on how it's built in the build write-up, offline-first architecture and wearable integration.
