Real-time, not "sync when you remember"
When a member finishes a set on their watch, it writes through the phone to the database and appears on a coach's dashboard within a few hundred milliseconds — over real-time listeners, with no separate sync server to operate. Heart rate, sleep, workouts and active energy flow in from HealthKit and Health Connect, with permission scoped per category so users grant exactly what they intend.
Health data treated as health data
Wearable data is encrypted at rest, scoped by security rules to the member who owns it, and never used for model training. We prefer official vendor APIs over scraping app exports, because the latter breaks on every vendor update and erodes user trust.

Which wearables can you integrate?
Apple Watch and anything in Apple HealthKit on iOS; anything in Google Health Connect on Android; and Garmin and WHOOP through their public APIs. If a device exposes a documented API, we can usually integrate it.
Can you sync wearable data to a coach or clinician dashboard in real time?

Is wearable health data handled securely?
Yes. It is encrypted at rest, access-scoped to the user who owns it, and never used to train models. For regulated clients we can deploy into a customer-owned cloud environment.
